While I was a warranty and customer service representative at C3 Worldwide -- North American distribution, logistics, and customer support for Union Bindings, Capita Snowboards, and Coal Headwear -- I noticed the old reference images for binding parts were out of date, so I decided to create a new set. This set of two posters provides names and locations for all the different parts warranty and service reps may have to reference or ship while engaging with Union Binding Co customers. The graphic in the bottom right is a logo I designed for the Warranty and Customer Service department for fun - it is a binding ratchet with crossed screwdrivers behind it. The C3 WCS is short for C3 Warranty

and Customer Service.

After finishing the quick references, it was time to tackle some more complex information. After decades of making bindings, a number of technologies began to stack up -- and keeping them all straight could be a trick and take some time. In order to make life easier for the reps and make it quicker to find what a customer needed, I built a quick and dirty parts and compatibility catalog of all the parts in warranty stock at the time.
